Terms & Conditions
1. General
By purchasing and/or using an E-gift card (“Gift Card”) from PADMA CLEANING LLC, you (“Purchaser” and/or “Recipient”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Redemption & Use
Gift Cards are redeemable only for cleaning services from PADMA CLEANING LLC. They may not be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale
All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
4. Validity & Expiration
Gift Cards are valid for use for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise required by law. After the expiration date, any unused balance will be forfeited.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Treat Gift Cards like cash. PADMA CLEANING LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.
6. Non-Cash Value
Gift Cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law. No change will be issued for any unused portion.
7. Partial Use & Balance
If a service or purchase costs less than the available balance on the Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card until used or until the expiration date.
8. Resale & Transfer
Gift Cards may not be resold or transferred for value. Any unauthorized resale or transfer may void the E-Gift Card.
9. Modification of Terms
PADMA CLEANING LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of an E-Gift Card after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in MINNESOTA, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
