RATES AND POLICIES

At PADMA CLEANING, our rates are designed to provide excellent value, transparency, and high-quality results every visit.

• $120 per hour for a 2-person professional cleaning team, including all supplies and equipment, plus applicable Minnesota sales tax.

• A minimum of 2 hours per visit is required.

• For larger homes or faster service, we offer a 3-person team for $180 per hour, plus applicable MN sales tax.

All services are billed per team per hour, not per individual cleaner.

Sales tax is calculated based on your service address. Additional charges may apply for parking if your home or office is located in an area with paid parking only.

Billing & Time Commitment

Billing begins once our team enters your home and starts the cleaning process. This allows our cleaners to prepare properly and deliver a thorough, efficient service without rushing.

We guarantee that our team will clean for the entire time you’ve paid for. We do not leave early. If your main tasks are completed before time runs out, we’ll focus on additional details or extras to maximize the value of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedule requests require 24–48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or same-day changes may be subject to a fee.

Access to the Home

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled time.
Lockouts, delays, or inability to access the property may result in additional charges.

Pets

We’re happy to clean homes with pets. For everyone’s safety, pets must be secured during the cleaning visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Damage Policy

While rare, any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning so we can address it promptly.

Payment Terms

Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
